Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

Aiden, Ronnie and Mike I would say are the talented tenacious trio that gets things done right the first time inside and outside of the shop. Whether they’re typing something up or wrenching in the shop, the professionalism is on a whole different level than other locations I’ve been to. They were very thorough when it came to explaining what was going on. Timely detailed updates on the service, expedited delivery of parts and services were rendered quickly and efficiently. They also have a great family atmosphere and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure your experience is as unique and tailored to your specific needs so that every issue is addressed perfectly and you're comf…

Solid group of people working down there that were trustworthy, transparent, and timely with repairs. They did a thorough diagnostic of my car when I went in for a VERY affordable oil change, and when I told them I didn’t have cash for the fixes they left it alone. I will definitely be back because if the lack of struggle, friendliness, and overall great experience. Go ahead and do yourself a favor by checking them out. Thanks, Sam!

I was in need of a repair on my truck, and did not have a shop home. Of course I went to google, to look up repair shops near me. I came across Tuffy's and read the reviews, after looking at their 4.6-star rating. I was very impressed with the comments, that I saw. Everyone had nice things to say about the shop, pricing, staff, and experience. My experience was excellent, Aiden at the front counter took great care of me. He answered all of my questions, was very knowledgeable about what my truck needed, etc. Raymond was the technician that fixed the repair on my truck. He did an amazing job; my truck runs so much better now. I highly recommend this shop for any repairs, rest assured the…

Two hours to change my oil , and they claimed that they also rotated my tires but front two were the only ones with break dust on them going in and coming out… never getting any business from me again !

February 2025 I had an oil & exhaust leak. Aiden was very knowledgeable and got the majority of my repairs covered through my warranty company, which was about $2,400.00 total. I only had to pay about $700 of that with my deductible, plus the exhaust work isn't covered. He was also very professional and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I'd definitely recommend the Tuffy team and Aiden. I'm glad to be back on the road. Thank You! Update: in June of 2025, I had over $3,000 worth of repairs needed. All my suspension and my turbo went out. Again, Aiden worked with my warranty company, and although, I only had a couple thousand miles left on my warranty, Aidan wa…
